Refund Policy

1. No Refunds
At Continuvo Ventures (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to delivering high-quality MBA application coaching and essay guidance services through our platform MBASurf. All payments made for our Services are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing any of our Services, you acknowledge and agree that we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any amounts paid, regardless of the circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Partial use or non-use of the Services;
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the Services;
- Early termination of your subscription or account;
- Inability to access the Services for any reason;
- Admission outcomes or results from MBA applications;
- Any other reason whatsoever.
2. Subscription and Recurring Payments
If you have signed up for a subscription-based service, your subscription will continue for the duration of the agreed term. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. Automatic renewals will be charged at the then-current rate, and no refunds will be provided for any partial or unused subscription periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@mbasurf.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods. However, no refund will be provided for the current period.
3. One-Time Payments
For one-time purchases (such as individual coaching sessions, essay reviews, or standalone tools), all payments are final upon completion of the transaction. No refunds or credits will be provided for any reason.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Services and take all appropriate legal action to recover the disputed amount plus any associated fees.
5. Exceptions
The only exception to this no-refund policy is in the case of duplicate or erroneous charges made by our payment system. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within seven (7) days of the transaction at support@mbasurf.com with full details, and we will investigate and correct any verified errors.
